We are building a successful Football Academy and we expect to have a consistent program. All of our decisions are student driven: We want all our players to be successful in whatever they choose to do.

A successful football program raises the spirit and expectations of everyone in the community. The financial rewards of having a successful football program are very important today because there is government funding for the sports. For the Riga Football Academy the most important is the development of talented football players that will help their attitude and behavior in their future in any discipline they will choose to follow. We are expecting to develop players to play in top tournaments and at their final level some of them will be recruit by professional clubs. Our reputation will be as good as the players that complete our football program. The Key for our success is because:

• We will be creative and we will developing strategies to attract players to our program

• We have designed our training session for each day and each age categories

• We have all the ports materials and football training elements. Players will require to buy only their own personal uniforms and equipment.

• Our coaches are great people, they will work close to the players. Our staff is united and they are our resource

• Our winning environment will find success when we participate in tournaments and friendly matches bringing them to light with praise. We teach teamwork, effort, techniques of the game, physical strength and unity.
